At Dressbarn, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, making sure to include any relevant packing slips inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then use your tracking number to monitor its progress.
